About:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in selling search engine marketing, but not required. Extensive phone-based sales experience is required, with an ability to grasp and understand online marketing and search engine marketing principles. Ability to harvest and develop own contacts, leads and prospects a must.

The Sales Associate position is a unique opportunity for organized, disciplined individuals to generate substantial sales for a new program and service offerings at a fast-growing company. The Sales Associate is responsible for driving significant sales for ymarketing. Your role will be to follow-up and close opportunities generated through telesales and online marketing. You must have phone selling experience, and be able to follow a regimented process of sales follow-up, including logging all activity and tasks into SalesForce CRM/SFA tool. This position reports to a Vice President. Position is based in Orange County, CA and candidate must be willing to report to and work from the office during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business revenue growth by prospecting and closing opportunities.
  • Follow-up with opportunities and log activity into SFA/CRM system (SalesForce).
  • Drive contract/negotiation process and secure business.
  • Attend networking and educational events.
  • Meet quarterly revenue and sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting (using SalesForce) and status reporting

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years combined phone sales experience with preferably 2 of those years specifically selling online and/or search engine marketing.
  • A track record of exceeding performance and revenue goals
  • Experience tracking down and selling opportunities via phone, email, fax, etc
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to audiences with varying ranges of technical aptitudes.
  • Superior presentation, phone and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and focused determination, self-starter
  • Computer Power User, proficient in Excel, Power Point and more.

SENIOR SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in selling search engine marketing. Extensive internet based advertising experience, particularly paid and natural search, a huge plus. Ability to harvest and develop own contacts, leads and prospects a must. The Senior Account Executive is a truly unique opportunity to be a key, high-visibility player in an entrepreneurial environment with a growing company. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving significant sales for ymarketing. Leveraging your knowledge of sales, you will build relationships to sell ymarketing's superior search engine marketing and optimization services. This position reports to a Vice President. Position is based in Orange County, CA but is a national territory and ideal candidate could work remotely from any location.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business revenue growth by prospecting and closing key accounts (national).
  • Generate a business plan to define selling strategy and tactics by quarter.
  • Develop and prepare client presentations.
  • Drive contract/negotiation process and secure business.
  • Grow revenue with assigned accounts.
  • Develop and manage relationships with top-tier advertising agencies, which we utilize as referral partners/value added resellers (VARs). Our services are contracted through these agencies, to their end client.
  • Attend networking and educational events.
  • Meet quarterly revenue and sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting (using SalesForce), status reporting, and expense reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years combined internet marketing sales experience with at least 3 of those years specifically selling search engine marketing.
  • A track record of exceeding performance and revenue goals
  • Experience building senior-level relationships, i.e. C-level, Pres, VP
  • Strategic sales approach, and ability to build long-term partnerships with top clients
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to audiences with varying ranges of technical aptitudes.

SEO CONSULTANT

About:

We are searching for a highly motivated individual to support SEO projects and campaigns. The SEO Consultant will work closely with VP of Search Services to support new and existing SEO clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and communicate SEO strategies and overseeing their execution to ensure that client goals are met and exceeded

  • Work with managers, developers, designers, and clients to improve the integration of SEO strategies with the development of website content and functionality

  • Defining priority content and keywords for optimization based on client objectives
  • Identifying and Building Linking Strategy
  • Provide web usability analysis to improve overall user experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve overall website visibility by working closely with client side web development team
  • Proactively identifying marketplace trends and making necessary adjustments to strategies
  • Analyze web traffic patterns using online analytics tools
  • Creating SEO implementation documentation and website analysis reports for clients
  • Research potential keywords and phrases for search engine positioning
  • Ensure best practice SEO techniques are adhered to for all client websites

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in proven SEO environment
  • Experience working with a large website (Local and/or agency experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of search engines, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, site traffic analysis, and web research methods
  • Understanding of effective web design techniques and technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of standard tools for keyword creation, page/keyword ranking analysis, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and ability to create comprehensive search traffic reports
  • Understanding of the role of social networks, RSS, blogs, and forums in increasing the exposure and financial success of online businesses
  • Familiarity with the unique strengths and weaknesses of the eCommerce industry
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other common programming languages a plus

SEM CONSULTANT

(Full Time/Part Time)

About:

We are searching for a highly motivated individual to support paid search campaigns and overall campaign analysis and coordination for new and existing clients. The SEM Consultant will work closely with VP of Search Services to support paid search campaigns including new client launches as well as pre- and post-launch support, daily monitoring, weekly/monthly reporting, and overall campaign management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Optimize PPC campaigns including bid management, writing copy, and expanding keyword lists
  • Produce detailed analysis reports to trend campaign performance
  • Assist with campaign launch and ongoing management on 3rd party vendors and major search engines including Google, Yahoo, and MSN
  • Daily monitoring of accounts from a technical aspect to ensure continued performance and traffic goals
  • Provide account services to internal Client Services department including communication and interaction via emails and direct contact
  • Assist VP of Search Services in working with Client Services to coordinate client launch schedules, manage reporting deliverables, and identify additional search marketing needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism internally, and in representing the agency to clients and potential clients
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in proven Paid Search environment with direct involvement in creating an SEM strategy
  • Experience working with a large website (Local and/or agency experience a plus)
