Account Executive / Account Manager

(Orange County Office)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and grow positive and productive client relationships
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact with specific clients
  • Thoroughly understand the client’s business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends and overall marketing plans/goals
  • Play an active leadership role in day-to-day interactive account management and program execution
  • Proficiently compose internal and client correspondence (e.g. memos, conference reports & emails) with appropriate professionalism and skill (including appropriate marketing language, grammar, etc)
  • Manages internal management of interactive projects with interactive project manager and with oversight from Account Director
  • Assists in production process (e.g. QA, reviews, routing, proposals, estimates, schedules, recaps, etc.)
  • Authors weekly Client status report
  • Manages client budgets

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3-4+ years of digital agency experience (strong DR experience preferred)
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Personable and enthusiastic people management skills
  • Collaborative thinker and worker
  • Self-starter and consistent follow through without micro-management supervision is a must

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager Position

(Orange County Office)

An SEO Manager needed to start immediately in the Orange County California area.  The SEO Manager needs to develop, establish, implement and control best practices for our client deliverables. This includes documenting all processes in order to deliver these projects according to plan and deadlines. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project Managing (Execution of project plans)
  • Leading of weekly strategy meetings
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Identifying  new, online marketing opportunities
  • Develop and consult on the execution of new strategies
  • Staying current industry news and trends                                                                                
  • Analyze data to find trends and make recommendations
  • Website analysis—pick apart a website and find out what’s working and what’s not working
  • Become the subject matter expert for client reports and recommendations
  • Offer support to the client-facing team in meetings and on calls.
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
  • Optimize SEO campaigns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism internally, and in representing the agency to clients and potential clients

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications:

  • BS degree
  • 3+ years of experience in proven search environment with direct involvement in creating an SEO strategy
  • Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to respond to conflicting priorities and deliverables
  • Willingness to adapt to an ever changing and competitive environment
  • Understanding of analytical site traffic data in order to respond to changing customer patterns trends, and usability needs
  • Eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • General HTML knowledge; however, this is not a Web development role
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing (blogging and lead nurture a plus)

Search Engine Marketing – PPC Analyst (Full Time)

(Orange County Office)

Seeking an experienced Pay Per Click Analyst to actively work on client campaigns in Google, Bing/Yahoo, and Facebook. The Search Engine Marketing analyst participates in all aspects of executing search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and data analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to find trends and make recommendations
  • Website analysis—pick apart a website and find out what’s working and what’s not working
  • Become the subject matter expert for client reports and recommendations
  • Customize projects and recommendations under tight deadlines to meet client goals
  • Offer support to the client-facing team in meetings and on calls when needed
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
  • Optimize PPC including bid management, writing copy, and expanding keyword lists
  • Assist with campaign launch and ongoing management on 3rd party vendors and major search engines including Google, Yahoo, and MSN
  • Daily monitoring of accounts from a technical aspect to ensure continued performance and traffic goals
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism internally, and in representing the agency to clients and potential clients

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in proven Paid Search environment with direct involvement in creating an SEM strategy
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Marketing Communications Manager

(Orange County Office)

The Marketing Communications Manager works with sales to write, create, design and deliver web, electronic and printed vehicles to support both the corporate marketing needs of the organization. This position will lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, including Webinars, White Papers and an eCRM/email marketing strategy for nurturing prospects and staying in contact with current customers. This position will also work with external partners/resellers to support marketing communication deliverables. This position reports to a Vice President of Business Development. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive writing to support all marketing mediums (web, power point, etc.)
  • Partner with Sales to write and design all lead generation vehicles in both DM and email html format
  • Collaborate on the strategy and execute on all Newsletters, website content, internal Webinar content, and external vendor supported campaigns
  • Work with sales to develop and manage a sales contact strategy using SalesForce.com
  • Edit and create the design for all white paper, product and company collateral
  • Support web master on all content and design changes for the website
  • Maintain and update corporate communications calendar
  • Manage and guide collateral content needs of partners/resellers

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years marketing communications and writing experience
  • Creative and dynamic individual who “thinks outside the box”
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and focused determination; self-starter with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Experience working with sales and understanding of successful sales programs
